Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after your package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships; however, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

NOREX is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs charges, or failure to collect the package may be eligible for reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Shipping Restrictions
